RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition or with obvious sign of use, such as opened CD, may not be refunded or exchanged. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged item

We will always do our best to pack well and make sure our order arrives safely to your home but in the unlikely case or a damaged item, we will either refund or exchange (which either way you prefer).

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item damaged in transit, either by email or phone, or we won’t be able to accept the return.

In some cases of broken/damaged items, we may just ask you to send us photos of this item, but please contact us beforehand.

Defective item

In the case of defective item, you may return this item in accordance with you statutory rights. This item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will replace, refund or repair.

Before you send back an item that think defective or faulty, we strongly advise you to contact us.

Order discrepancies

If we made a mistake in your order or send you the wrong item, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will then rectify the mistake. In the event of an incorrect item, we will organise its collection as well as sending you the correct item. 

Exchange

If you change your mind for any reason (other than discrepancies or damaged/defective item) and wish to exchange an item in your order, you can mail it back to us in its original packaging at your expense for an exchange or refund. Please note also that in this case the original shipping charge cannot be refunded. 

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of the refund approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over €100, we strongly advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
